Beatriz Albini-Ruiz is an ICF-certified executive leadership coach, a work life integration and success expert, DISC, and EQ trainer, and facilitator dedicated to supporting clients aiming for high performance and lasting transformation. Committed to what is possible in leadership, she founded Brave Leadership Group in 2020; a boutique professional development and consulting business focused on the sustained team and organizational health.

Beatriz brings over a decade of HR leadership to her coaching approach. Familiar with the dynamic fast-paced environments of both start-up and existing companies, she provides relevant tools for effective performance and sustained lasting impact. Known for her passion for employee development, equity diversity, and inclusion, Beatriz enjoys designing and delivering unique workshops and educational speaking engagements for employees in collaboration with her clients.

Based out of Montclair, New Jersey, Beatriz is also a Certified Resilience Coach. She maintains specialized certifications OKR, Motivational Maps, and Energy Leadership as key tools in addition to her studies of HR at Cornell University and Business Administration at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Dedicated to growth, Beatriz avidly enjoys reading personal development, non-fiction, and historical novels. Whenever she is not coaching or training, you can find her in her backyard, with ther two kids and husband.
