Neelam  is an engaging and  effective Certified Professional Coach  (CPC) through the Institute of  Professional Excellence in Coaching and a Professional Credentialed Coach  (PCC) through the International  Coaching Federation. She is experienced at working with all levels  of an organization from front-line to  C-Suite leaders. 

 

With many years of experience in the corporate world,  including over 20+ years as a Talent  Development Consultant, Neelam has a deep understanding of what it  takes for individuals to succeed in a demanding business environment.  Her extensive experience as a Leadership and Executive Coach as well  as her intuitive and motivating style make her an especially valuable  asset to your team.

 

 Neelam is a dynamic and powerful facilitator, who  works equally well with small teams and with rooms of 100+, in  person or virtually. Neelam has designed and facilitated group coaching and training for large organizations such as Adobe, Uber, and  WestRock, as well as small businesses and non-profit groups. She has  coached leaders and executives extensively in the tech space including clients at Dropbox, Verizon, S&P Global, Adobe, Uber, Roku,  International Monetary Fund, and Capital One, among others. 

Neelam is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP),  certified to deliver and debrief the Hogan Leadership Assessment  series, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, a certified Master Trainer for  the AchieveGlobal Leadership and Customer Service series, has a  Bachelor of Science in Package Design, and received her Master of  Science in Human Resource Development at Georgia State University.
